    I've been consistent with Zumba and 10,000 steps everyday exercises and more healthier options for food.

    I'm not exactly sure what happened but within this past 6 weeks I've gain almost 10lbs. I'm not sure if it's the food I've eaten, the lack of cardio in my exercise routine ( been doing lots of weights after not working out at all for months), or what. I am starting the feel that uncomfortable feeling you have when you're not comfortable in your own skin. I've worked hard to lose the weight I have and i'd love to be back down to where I was not even 2 months ago.... 174.


    If anyone has any tips that'd be great! I'm starting with this challenge as I get back on the horse, so to speak.

I need to keep getting it off as I am participating in a challenge fundraiser for Shatterproof later this month in my daughters memory...has to change before it becomes more of a habit!
