    I know that I have lost more, since, but with no scale, I can't really make that official, now, can I?!? For the next couple of months, I'll be relying on measurements and the fit of clothes to tell how I'm doing...

    Successes/struggles this week: Ughhh this has been the week of fluctuations! From 194.6 on my last weigh in, down to 193.8, back up to 198, and then today it settled on 196.8. I know i didn't eat 7000 extra calories this week, so I don't know what's going on! I guess I'll see how things shake out by Monday. Kind of disheartening.

    I just started MFP end of April did not see this until today. Have been good to me, nee to loose weight and have tried different products but powder and stuff not really my thing. I have tried and walk my 10'000 steps everyday and have start swimming because i love it. and some weight exercises with my own body.
    I am amazed how good it is working.
    My new goal is 105 Kg for 1 July.


    All of you have done good any loss is good and feeling good is the most important.

    Successes/struggles this week: Loads of socialising this week - one lunch left me in physical pain! The host went to so much trouble and it was all delicious, so that and a trip to the seaside gave me a gain. Enjoyed it though!
    But have managed to end the challenge losing it and a new 1lb. Walked 7 miles at the beach and started exercising again, so that's definitely something I must keep going for June.

    Struggles: calorie counting.... noticed i always eat around 200 calories above my goal these past weeks. put goal on 1590, end up eating 1700-1900. and i don't lose weight or plateau. with lowered goal 1290, i end up eating 1500-1600... i lose weight. so ill keep it to 1290. hehe which is reality is 1500-1600
