Thankfully I'm on track to continue losing and I'm hoping this coming week I can get back into my regular routine. I'd really like to make to to under 190 soon. I don't even know the last time I weighed that, probably high school.

    Successes/struggles this week: I was very disciplined this week and it showed on the scale. It's amazing what happens when you stay at or under your calorie goal for a week! It's a good reminder that this process does work and if you stick with it you will see results.

    Successes/struggles this week: the weekend was challenging, but did well staying on track monday-Friday this week. TOM affected my numbers this week, was hoping for a solid 2 lbs, but I'll take the 1.6 :)

    Successes/struggles this week: Not a great week to be on a diet. I had three celebration dinners for my birthday this week! Family, friend and hubby...I love them all dearly and would not change a thing. Didn't get to exercise much on these days either (besides a quick, non-strenuous walk with my pup). Will try to step it up for the rest of the month to see if I accomplish my goal. Impressed with other peoples' results and a bit jealous too! :)

    Struggles: haven't been feeling well. been trying different calorie goals just to maintain energy and keep milk supply up. Haven't worked out this week. =((
    im thinking that my weight for today was from water weight. drank a whole 1.2L of water at work (night shift)... ill check in the morning.
    weight has been around 144.6 to 146.8 daily weights. am just curious about the trend but haven't logged them these past days.
    Successes: not gaining over 147! wootwoot! gonna try 0.5 to 1 lb loss per week.

    Successes/struggles this week: It was a pretty good week for me! I splurged a bit, but managed to work it all into my calories for the most part. Went for an awesome walk with my fiance over the weekend, and we're planning another one this weekend if the weather cooperates. Plus, I've now lost a total of over 50 pounds! Still a long way to go for me, but I'm excited at how far I've come!

    Successes/struggles this week: A really good week. Had Dr. appt. (all getting better and better in my medical conditions) and looked up what my original weight was because I knew I had lost quite a few pounds. I thought it was about 160 pounds when I started this journey (this was about 2 years ago). Well, I got a VERY interesting and happy bit of news (at least happy now LOL). I had actually started at 174 pounds! So, as of May 13, 2015 I have lost 54.2 pounds and have only 4.8 pounds to lose and start maintenance. Am I proud and yelling it to the top of my lungs? Hell yeah!!!

    Now, as of today, I had Chinese food at the Little Dumpling (maybe 2 times a year but I so love it). I KNOW the scale will be awful in the morning because of the SALT. DAMN SALT!! LOL. But, it's okay. The 1 or 2 pounds that will show up were well worth the gain since it will be gone in a day or two!

    I've been consistent with Zumba and 10,000 steps as my everyday exercises and more of healthier options for food.
