    Extra work out in. Couple of slips but not too major. Pleased with overall loss for the month even though slight gain this week. Have adjusted my calorie allowance and planning on a good week this week

    Successes: Managing to keep under my calorie goal by quite a margin each day, especially when I'm at work!

    Successes/struggles this week: Miraculously managed to lose this week / Really lost my mojo the past few days. Felt lethargic, swollen and de-motivated - not even sure why. But little half a pound loss is a kicker to get going!

    Successes/struggles this week: very busy at work so not much time for proper meals. Wanted to exercise more too but time made that difficult. Goal for next week is to get lots of exercise in!

    Success/Struggles this week: Had two days of stress eating/binging at the beginning of the week, but regained discipline by Tuesday. Did better with my daily step count this week in addition to exercise, even when I didn't feel like it. Happy to be moving in the right direction!

    Successes/struggles this week: Started to adjust to not snacking constantly on my days off! Normally boyfriend and I are snacking and drinking most of the day, but this time I tried to limit my eating to meal times and drinking a lot less than I normally would.

    Successes/struggles this week: High stress - Still eating well and exercising (dance classes, plus getting in my 10,00 steps, though a bit less mileage than my record-highs of last week).

    Weight is holding steady... I can feel that I am smaller - I just need the scale to catch up!

    Struggles- not drinking enough water as always. And ive been so lazy lately about getting my workouts in. Explains why my loss is slowing down a little.

    Successes/struggles this week: Was not able to count calories or do any exercise this week because my grandmother was extremely sick starting last Friday so I was with her and my family all week. She passed away Tuesday morning and her funeral was this Friday and the whole time I was staying at my aunt's house so I was just eating what was available without even trying to count calories. I must have still been able to cut back well though because I still dropped in weight this week. Most of the family that drove in from other states are leaving today so I know I will be able to get back on track this week and continue towards my goal.

    Successes/struggles this week: Not a great week to be on a diet. I had three celebration dinners for my birthday this week! Family, friend and hubby...I love them all dearly and would not change a thing. Didn't get to exercise much on these days either (besides a quick, non-strenuous walk with my pup). Will try to step it up for the rest of the month to see if I accomplish my goal. Impressed with other peoples' results and a bit jealous too! :)

    Happy Birthday!. I know the feeling....I had too much to eat for my birthday at the end of April but it's one day a year so ENJOY!
