Keep going! For someone with a significant weight loss goal and who is (in the nicest possible way) clearly trying to get their head around all of this, 2-3 times a week of dedicated activity seems a good place to start! Get yourself a fitbit and monitor your activity while your caring for your son and I bet you'll be surprised what your burning! Good luck to you and ignore all the negative comments from the 'keyboard-gangsters'0 -

I'm not bothered by it honestly I have more important things to worry about. My health is for himx
