    Monday: 4.25 miles
    Tuesday: 3.35 miles
    Wednesday: 4 miles
    Thursday: 0
    Friday: 3.8 Miles
    Satuday. 4 miles = 19.4 miles

    GOAL: 15 miles by either walking/jogging, elliptical or bike

    Monday: 1 mile (All over two airports. How in the world to you figure out an accurate distance for that?)
    Tuesday: 1.5 miles (treadmills are BORING, I'm pissed that the exercise bike in the fitness room is broken)
    Wednesday: 2.61 miles (treadmill, bike still broken )
    Thursday: .75 miles (treadmill, bike still broken )
    Friday: 1.2 miles (Walked to a restaurant, and back after dinner. Much harder on a full stomach, lol.)
    Saturday:
    Sunday:

    Total so far: 7.06 miles

    Not gonna make this challenge unless I buy a bike tomorrow! :laugh:

    Another mile or so through airports and shopping in the afternoon. I did try to buy a bike today! The saleguy was a dip**** though and I just got frustrated and left.

    I know that most people think it's a bad idea to weigh in every morning. I really do prefer it. No suprises good or bad on official weigh in day.

    Having not been able to weigh in since last Sunday I was actually nervous to weigh in this morning. :laugh:

    Good news though, I am down 2 lbs.

    Okay, first, sorry I didn't post miles each day, I completely got that wrong, and have been saving my totals for just posting today. Will try to be more "active" in posting during the week next week! Here are my totals though now.

    Monday: 5.3 miles
    Tuesday: 5.5 miles
    Wednesday: 5.5 miles
    Thursday: 4.6 miles
    Friday: 6 miles
    Saturday: 3.1 miles
    Sunday: Not sure yet, will probably go at least 2-4 miles today.

    Total: 30 miles, not counting Sunday since I am not sure.

    For my recipe- that's been a rough one, because mostly we just eat fruits/veggies/nuts/sprouts etc, and any actual recipe that I do uses a dehydrator and probably wouldn't be something most people would do. I decided to post one that's simple that I make a few times a week for DH and DS.

    Raw Oatmeal:
    1 cup steel cut organic oats (soak overnight in water)
    2 TBSP Raw organic agave nectar
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp himalayan or celtic sea salt
    3 TBSP ground flax
    1 TBSP raw organic almond butter

    After soaking oats all night, drain excess water off. Add all ingredients to blender and blend until creamy. Serve immediately, or place in bowls in dehydrator at 105 degrees for about 2 hours.

    And for my weight numbers:

    Week 12 goal: 240 (-2.0)
    Week 12 Actual: 238 (-4.0)

    PSB Starting weight: 242 6/13/2010
    Current Weight: 238 6/20/2010

    # lbs lost: 81
    # lbs to go: 83

    I weigh everyday or every other day- it helps me see how my body reacts to what I have been doing to it or putting in it!
    HUGE CONGRATS for 2 pounds lost! You are doing so awesome! :wink:

    Holy crap Nancy, you are a machine. I don't phyically think I could walk that far in a day. Amazing job! You deserve to be proud of yourself.

    One question though... What in the world is up with 1.86411 miles? :laugh:
