I eat a late breakfast of granola and yogurt around 10am because once I eat something I will be hungry until lunch. That's usually just under 300 cals. A moderate lunch around 700 calories and then about the same for dinner. Then I have some extra for a snack or if it's a weight day, I'll use the extra to fill in more protein.

I am also a 16:8 eater. I usually have a big breakfast, a smaller lunch with snack type foods (deli meat, string cheese, veggies, popcorn, etc.), big dinner and then a small sweet dessert type snack. My eating window is 10 AM - 6 PM. Sometimes on the weekends I change that to 12 PM - 8 PM.

I like to do a breakfast, usually under 400 calories. Then I'll have a snack at 1130am then I'll have another snack at 2pm, another snack at 4pm and another one at 6pm. These snacks are never more than 200 calories. Also I don't have a real lunch. I do have dinner between 8 and 9pm and that's usually pasta coming at around 350-450 calories.
