You can also just take a break for awhile. Diet breaks are great physiologically and psychologically.

I did a two week diet break at the very end of March. Ate at maintenance or higher. I didn't really feel like it reset any sort of weightloss speed though when I went back to dieting. Probably lost only 1/2 lb since then even with tightening up tracking. I think I need to break long term and do recomp/bulk and then try again later. Just wondering how long is enough..1 month...2 months...0
