    I usually will add 1/4 or 1/3 cup of high-protein, low sugar organic granola to 0% greek yogurt. That way I end up with a filling breakfast that has approx. 20-25g of protein, 2g of fat, less than 10g of sugar and only about 300-350 calories (plus calcium, fiber and probiotics etc).
    If it fits in your calorie goals, go for it.
