    Almost every one of these replies applies to me. I want to be slim, fit, healthy, attractive, proud, satisfied, strong and an inspiration to others who make the mistake of waiting until they're in there 40s to do it like I did.

    Wanting to be fit and healthy.
    Using MFP to log everything I eat and drink and learning all the time the calorie content in things.
