WHATS A GOOD detox i can make at home trying to clean myself out but not buying nothing that cost to much money..like any food and drinks i can make at home

There is no such thing as a detox.
Your kidneys detox for you.

Your kidney, liver, etc. do that for you naturally. Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated is all the 'detox' you need. Save your money.
