Take out anything fried, cream sauces, and white flour. Easy small steps. And are made in the kitchen!

White flour, but not brown flour?
Cream sauces but not toffee sauces?
Fried but not confit?

So if it's fried, cream, and white flour for abs, should I remove quinoa, raw sugar, and beets, for hips? If my thighs are the problem area is it red meat, starch, and rice wine vinegar?0

My doctor told me to switch to whole wheat everything due to the lower glycemic index. I'm prediabetic. when I bake bread I use half whole wheat flour and half regular bread flour. Very good texture and flavor. I use brown sugar rather than white to give it richer taste also. I am getting used to whole wheat pasta. Now I banished fried things a long time ago. They make me feel sick, honestly. I think I'm too old for fried anything!0

I shall avoid the phrase "winter ab layer"...that's not actually a thing0 -

Sorry to hear you've developed a winter ab layerMine have actually become more visible/cut, probably because of all the white flour I've been eating. Let us know if you want to hear more about how to do this the sane way!

This is the dumbest thing I've read today... but it's still early and it piled deep in these forums, right?

I wish people would stop posting stuff like this, all it does is makes me want whatever it is they're telling me I shouldn't have. Now I'm thinking fried chicken with biscuits and gravy for dinner.0
