I was wondering does anyone know should you eat back the calories you burn through exercise?

You can either set the lifestyle and go with that, or set the lifestyle less exercise and then add the cardio exercises.0

Activity level is your day to day level of movement, usually based on your job, excluding purposeful exercise.
Oh right I taught that ment exercise liking walking and hiking that I do!
