So I really haven't been working out lately or doing a good job about what I eat. Its really starting to take a toll mentality. I just want to get back on trsck. Anyone have a tips to getting back at it and sticking to it.

I know what it feels like. Good to have you back on track My first suggestion to you would be do not rush it. Set by step, you will achieve what you wish for. Don't get into a strict regimen right away. Get there slow and steady. Same for sports. Let your body get used to it. Learn to read your body once again. Trust me when you do this you will see faster and much more stable changes in your body that will motivate you. Good luck!0
