    If you bother to follow your own advice and read what you wrote initially the you would understand why so many people questioned your comments and have a hard time believing your ever changing stories. If you find that toxic, the person to look at is yourself.

    Most folks have qualified their advice by suggesting you see a doctor or registered dietician - which is a perfectly normal thing to do. Why don't you go ahead and give it a try?
