    Congrats! You look amazing! I went to a nutritionist and she took a before picture of me. I am just starting out and I do see the scale going down a little. I have to remember not to weigh every day.....:(

    thanks yall! I was obsessed with weighing myself. it was so hard to break out of that cycle. but I was proud of myself and wanted to continue to see that number drop.
