    I've been logging since Jan 2015 (141 Day Streak!)
    Lost over 3st in weight and nearly at my goal weight.

    Anyone is more than welcome to add me - the journey is always easier with supportive pals :)

    My diary is open and I log every day. I eat things like condensed milk and biscuits and Burger King or a whole day of bread or whatever. Sometimes I eat veggies. I have been losing weight every week for the 7 weeks I have been here as I keep under calories. Look around the diaries, but do what works for you!

    I have an open diary. May not be of much help to you as I eat about 2000 cals per day and burn 800 cals.

    Be aware of this when you modify meal names:
    I initially started logging with
    breakfast
    lunch
    dinner
    snacks.

    When I found out that I can add meals, I tried to add meals while maintaining chronological order -
    breakfast
    morning snack
    lunch
    Afternoon snack
    Dinner
    Last snack

    However this resulted in my history being classified incorrectly;
    All past lunches were moved to "morning snack"
    And past dinners were moved to "lunch" etc.

    So I'm now using
    Breakfast
    Lunch
    Dinner
    Morning snack
    Afternoon snack
    Last snack

    Maybe someone figured out a better way to do this , if so would like to hear about it

    I'm just wondering why do people keep their diaries closed? Are we embarrassed by what we eat? I mean it is what it is. If we eat cookies and ice cream all maybe a little embarrassment would be good for us. We are all here to learn. I know it helps me to see other people's diaries as it give me ideas for meal plans and different things to eat.
