I'm going to be Totally honest here! I feel like I'm struggling a lot this time around with X3! For some reason.. I just can't get my head in the game.. And sometimes I just find myself just going through the motions... I'm getting a bit frustrated with myself. I dislike doing yoga..not a huge fan of Pilates either.. So on those days .. I strength train or run.. I also missed a lot of workouts.. I feel like I'm cheating myself.. Not giving my all.. therefore not seeing any results.. Grrrrf! What's my deal?!! Lol0

@karibeargirl Right there with ya. I also slacked on week 8 - only did 3 workouts. I'm back in it for week 9, though! Every day, lets do it. Phase 3 is home stretch.0
