Struggling with cravings!

I have been using MFP for about 8 months and love it! I usually do good during the week staying under my calorie goal but on the weekends I struggle. I have two small kids and we stay busy with parties and get togethers which leads me to eating WAY TO MUCH JUNK! Any advice will be appreciated

    It's possible that perhaps your more active lifestyle on the weekend is making your burn more calories and therefore get cravings for calorically dense foods. Try filling up on more nutrient dense foods such as vegetables, or if you're really tight on time try packing some healthy snacks (such as protein bars or even an apple).

    I don't have any advice! I'm terrible on the weekends, lol. Just know you're not alone!

    Ohhh gosh....I just got back from Olive garden so count me out on the advise. :)

    If I go to a party or get together I eat 1 plate. I make it my rule not to go back for more.

    Hilarious! I went there last weekend and from now On I will check calories on MFP before I order! Shrimp and Chicken Carbonara 1400 calories!
