Hellmans light mayonnaise. Just a light scraping does the job for me.. And a scrape of marmite on top if I fancy a different flavour :)

If lazy: Chickpeas, toasted in a pot, mashed with a fork and drizzled with salt, pepper, and olive oil
If less lazy: Add some greens to wilt, garlic, and some diced tomatoes in the pot.

Butter, fried egg over easy with salt, pepper, and paprika

    Sunbutter

Tuna melt with Miracle Whip Lite (why is it so good?!), cheese burnt a little in toaster oven

    Caramelized onions

Whipped cream cheese with cinnamon sugar on top (can even use butter instead of cream cheese) loved it since I was little.

Sometimes if I want a savory taste I'll do cream cheese with some pepper and spinach.

I'm one of the strange people that doesn't like avocado. There are some great ideas in here though!

I usually just stick with peanut butter and jelly. Or peanut butter and cinnamon sugar. Super healthy. :P
