So many things. Today I had a bagel (close enough) with an over hard egg, avocado, and jalepeno cream cheese. YUM.

    Also I love:
peanut or cashew butter with bananas
    butter with cinnamon sugar
    butter with strawberry jam

Nothing on it at all when it's my preferred sprouted wheat bread. Sometimes I like some melted real butter. Sometimes I top it with a fried egg and the runny yolk soaks in yum.

Natural peanut butter and local honey, sometimes homemade jelly instead of the honey.

Strained whole milk yogurt (consistency of cream cheese with a nice tang)
Top with a couple soft-basted eggs and sriracha for a tasty breakfast/lunch, or add some natural chunky PB and honey for a sweet treat.

Hate toast. Toast yields no real nutritional value when compared to eating ingredients put ON the toast - so why eat it. Yeah it sounds harsh and cutthroat and whatnot but why eat something like that when you can just eat the "add-ons" in a completely different manner. Smoothies for example, just add ingredients that you would put on toast like bananas, avocado, lettuce, whatever.

Don't get started on fiber in grains and all that - you can make all that up and more with seeds/nuts, fiberous fruits/veggies. A lot more power for the calorie.

Smashed avocado sprinkled with sea salt, slice of prosciutto and sliced hard boiled egg on a multi grain toast. So good!
