I'm way under-eating and I don't know what to do?

    ^I agree. Except I would say eat that amount for about a month tops, just to get used to eating. Then up it by 10% to gain some muscle, along with the lifting.

    At 5'5' my goal is 120-125.. you're two inches taller than me and want to weight less?

    Use what you have and work to build it stronger. I think then you'll get the results you want.

    You need to start eating a lot more protein and fat. That is way too low, especially if you plan to workout.
