    I'm 45 and lost 40 pounds since November with moderate exercise (mainly walking / jogging) and watching what I eat (eating more, just healthier).

    Can I exercise like I could when I was 20? No.. Has it slowed me down? I put all my weight on when I was younger, so I'd say no.
