You weigh the items you put in, blend them and enjoy.

Put your cup on the scale - tare the scale - add an ingredient - log it - tare the scale - add the next ingredient - log it - repeat until all items have been added - blend and enjoy!

This is exactly what I do. I use 8 different ingredients in my smoothies.

My cup is on the scale, I add the banana and record weight. Then tare, then add the next ingredient, tare and add the next ingredient and so forth.

I use the same ingredients every day, the only weights I change each time is the banana, because they rarely weigh the same. Otherwise I use 25g of spinach, 15g of chia seeds etc. So I add the spinach for example, until the the scale says 25g etc. etc.

I've just got one of these and just weighed all ingredients separately.

Thanks all! (Although I had to look up what tear the scale meant lol)

Beware, some scales don't have the tare option. It definitely is a invaluable time saver
