    5 almonds sounds like a very unsatisfying serving size. Same with the egg whites. The yolk is the best part.

    Is English not your first language? Because your spelling is awful. I'm sorry if that's rude.. I'm seriously asking. Also, calories in less than calories out is your solution to weight loss, regardless of how many carbs or how much sugar you eat.

    Yes the yolk is a healthy fat as am leaning down I limit the intake of egg yolk.about one egg yolk every 2 days.

    Ave been on the low carb diet know 5 days losing the water weight...so far lost 4lbs..so far feeling good...I won't have a cheat day for a least 14 days..

    Pickles have the same amount opf calories as the cucmbers they're made from.

    So you're doing low fat and low carb? And you've only lost 4lbs in 5 days? Oh deary..... You must be fun to be around with a diet like that.

    Am feeling good. Focused relaxed..if u guys experience moods swings anger its bcuz your body's are to use to high carbs n high sugars. And that's the reason your all having problems.with ur angery side. Withdraw symptoms...

    I'm been to school and know what polite is thank you. You're the one posting abuse to people who reply to a public forum. BTW you are not the only one on a low carb diet, most of us here have done that in the past and not let the hunger rule over our moods. We're not the ones having mood swings. Just read back on your own posts. You will see that you are hungry. You're the one starting out so I would like to remind you that a side effect of starting a new diet is hunger and anger. Both are symptoms you are showing. I think you should see a therapist for your anger issues or increase you calorie intake because you seem to have unresolved hunger issues. BTW in future choose carefully what you title your threads cos lots of us here are willing to spend our precious time to give free advise to those that actually need it. If you want no one to reply you then don't post or use the blog feature as your own personal diary. The forums are public and any one on MFP can reply. Even ones you don't want to reply have that right to reply.
    4lb in five days isn't a big achievement. I lost 5kg in 8 days. 5kg is 11lbs. Obviously your not doing as good as you think you are. Good luck.

    Thanks... I know how my body works.. This is how I drop my fat% slowly so I don't get anger hunger issues..where as u HAVE.... You lost 5kg that's the water weight which is the easy part.. You definitely must ave had CARB ANGER ISSUE that's why ur sayin it to me... PLEASE RELAX YRSELF..am goin to the gym know and I will do a few extra reps for u.ALSO AM NOT HERE TO ARGUE WITH ANYONE.

    If you took the time to check out my profile you would see that I have lost a total of 12kg and have less than 12kg to go so there. You're post was wrong, I don't have anger issues thank you. I did say that I wasn't the one starting out. My free advise to you is research before you post something that is completely irrelevant. BTW 12kg is a little short of 27lbs and that is in 8 weeks. There are some medical research that is not about money. I suggest you look those up too. And BTW, how much weight have you lost? Must be lonely with no friend here on MFP! Maybe its your hunger that is scaring them away. Oh are you the same blue736 that is banner from twitter?

    Five days isn't long enough to gauge whether something is successful.

    Nor is a low carb diet necessary for weight loss.
