Just curious, mine is not so special as i am focussed on weightloss.

I eat small breakfasts usually. I had 1/2 cup of Greek honey flavored yogurt today.0

2 waffles with 2 tsp of honey, 1 non fat light greek yogurt with 20 blueberries!0

I had veggie breakfast sausage, an egg, toast with butter and some sliced tomato. So good.0

Vanilla almond milk latte. Keeps me going for a couple hours, and then I eat something small like an apple with peanut butter. I dunno, it takes my tummy a while to wake up. If I try to eat "breakfast" I usually get sick. x_x0

2 oz sliced strawberries
1 oz blueberries

Scoop of quest protein powder, half banana, hal cup berries, spinach, almond milk, ice blend. Very filling0

I'm trying to figure out what to do with avocados that doesn't involve guac. I put some frozen pre-cooked shrimp in the fridge to thaw overnight and then diced half an avocado and the shrimp in the morning with a few grains of salt to make it pop. It was FABULOUS and it was something like 36 grams of protein and 4 grams of fiber. Not bad for two ingredients!!0

Sometimes I fast in the morning and eat after I workout. Lately I haven't because I have been waking up STARVING! So today I had a bit of puffed kamut cereal, with unsweetened vanilla almond milk and 2 full sheets of chocolate graham crackers0
