5'6.5" 138 - 142 range.....though I feel fatter way more often now than I ever did when I was actually fat and am torn between wanting to go lower and just staying where I am so I don't disrupt good ol' TOM (which happens every time I go below 138) and end up with early onset osteoporosis. Never a good scene when you go out for your morning run and snap a leg because your maintenance weight aspirations gave you brittle bones0

Healthy range for 5 years now is 118-125 pounds. Even slightly over that for me is healthy as my lean body mass per dxa is 105 pounds.
I'm so much happier that I ditched the scale though. How my pants fit is a good enough guage for happy and healthy.0 -
5'4, and I may be the only one here without a particular weight "goal"... obviously, I'm not where I want to be yet, but I keep hoping that when I get there, I'll know by the way my body looks, not necessarily the number on the scale.1
