    A year ago, I weighed 9 pounds less than I do right now. That was under my goal range and right now I'm at the top of it, but I'd like to be back there again.

    I can skip logging if I weigh in every Thursday and the number is under 152. When the number equals 152 and above I HAVE to start logging again.

    5'7, maintaining in the 150-160 range for 6 years now, excluding during two pregnancies in the last two years that took me down to 120 =( Gained the weight back as of November and now back in maintenance.

    Currently in the process of recomp (eating a small deficit) while still trying to encourage these last few pounds to disappear lol. Will go into full recomp when I hit and am fluctuating at around 105-107.

    5'6.5" 138 - 142 range.....though I feel fatter way more often now than I ever did when I was actually fat and am torn between wanting to go lower and just staying where I am so I don't disrupt good ol' TOM (which happens every time I go below 138) and end up with early onset osteoporosis. Never a good scene when you go out for your morning run and snap a leg because your maintenance weight aspirations gave you brittle bones ;)

    Start 197 pounds

    Healthy range for 5 years now is 118-125 pounds. Even slightly over that for me is healthy as my lean body mass per dxa is 105 pounds.

    I'm so much happier that I ditched the scale though. How my pants fit is a good enough guage for happy and healthy.

    5'4, and I may be the only one here without a particular weight "goal"... obviously, I'm not where I want to be yet, but I keep hoping that when I get there, I'll know by the way my body looks, not necessarily the number on the scale. :wink:
