I would only share or respond if what they were doing sounded dangerous. Cleanses/detoxes I've seen sound harmless so I don't feel the need to stick my nose in.0

But yes if I see an article like metabolism boost myths yes I post it.0 -
Just ignore it unless someone asks your opinion. If they want to waste their money that's their problem.
I'm going to rant, but I HATE that all that junk is literally everywhere. I wish I had a screenshot, but one girl on FB has been advertising a "teeth whitening detox" because bleaching your teeth only hides the stains, to get rid of them you must "detox" your mouth. Facepalm forever.0
