I had gastric sleeve surgery 2 years ago. I lost 97 lbs. Gained 10 and now back on track to lose my last 25 lbs. Surgery is not an easy-out. It's a constant struggle. but still the best thing I've done for myself. I was a size 20/22 (2xl) and now I'm in an 8. Good luck.

Yup. Coming up on my first year anniversary from my bypass. I am so much more active now.

Had VSG in Jan 2014...lost close to 95 lbs but have since put back on about 15 lbs when I went into a maintenance mood. It is is a tool but not the cure all but it sure helps keep the weight off. Still need to stay focused on eating healthy. Feel free to add me as a friend.
