    i weigh everything
And dont go by serving sizes at labels they are wayyyy off sometimes

taco wrap 81 calories for 56 gram and the weighed taco wasn't 56 gram but 69
1 piece/serving cheese cake 210 calories for 46 gram the label said...weight the piece and hoppa not 210 but 253 i thought ( was 3 weeks ago) so bamm 43 calories right there for 1 piece of cheesecake

the point is when you have less to lose or when you eat closer to maintenance level you deficit is smaller. You have to be more accurate.

so yes i weigh my pita pocket ;)

I was actually comparing weight and measuring just today and I found that the 1/4 cup of shredded cheese weighted less than the package said. I also measured other things and then weighed them just to compare and many of them were quit accurate. So I guess it also depends on HOW you pack them in your cups. What is 1 cup of strawberry's? How do you put strawberry in a cup? Cut up in halves, whole?
This is why I like weighing things.

How was over or underestimation of portion :)

I have not lost a pound in 2 weeks, but I have gained one!!
5'8" ~ office job ~ bootcamp 2 times per week for 1 hour ~ walk 1-2 miles 2 times per day, hills included ~ want to loose 20 - 30 ~ Yes, I use a food scale ~ HELP! I am far from any sort of expert and just don't understand what is going on

You started logging exactly 4 weeks ago (yes, I checked, lol!). So that's 3 lbs in 4 weeks of logging. That's awesome!! I wouldn't even count those extra two weeks of exercise because it probably didn't amount to much of a deficit without logging your food. So 3 lbs in 4 weeks - fantastic! Really!

As far as the past 2 weeks, do you weigh yourself daily or weekly? If weekly, it could just be your normal fluctuation. Try again in another day or two.

I would stick with it for a few more weeks. I honestly don't think you need to crazy with measuring olives and eggs, but definitely meat, cheese, anything that is calorie dense and not pre-packaged (I consider an egg to be naturally pre-packed).

    Good luck!

Thank you! looking at the big picture is what I need to remember!! Patience is not in my vocabulary, so it is very hard when you don't see ANY movement except up!! lol

I also need to step away from the scale ~ TRY to keep it to only once weekly
