    Incredible! So proud of you!! You give hope to all of us that it can be done! I'm so glad I read this today as I've been struggling a lot lately, but your post gives me renewed hope!     Bless you. I think that's so important. I don't have a family to support me and my friends are miles away. I have to move country (different language, different culture, etc.). In fact that's why I put weight on, because of my lack of exercise + eating for boredom. I wish I had a physical support group. MFP is great, but it can replace a proper support group. Please, keep us updated of how your support group goes, etc. Wish you the best to you and your family.
