Whenever i log any excersize the log says I'm burning way more than what the machines at gym say. As a result my log says I'm not eating enough but theres no way I'm burning that many calories. How do i figure out what is accurate?

Note your actual minutes in the Exercise Notes. Cut the time by a percentage, such as 50%, and log a 40-minute workout as 20 minutes to have fewer estimated Calories added to your daily Calorie goal from exercise.

I used this method earlier in the year an it definitely works!

Thats a really good idea thanks! I feel better being realistic than pretending a 40 minute run was worth 700 calories haha yeah right.
