How do I add my new Fitbit to my account here?

I had an ancient Fitbit that was synced to this account. It still is I guess, because nothing is happening with my new Fitbit and my account here. How to I "erase" my old Fitbit and add this new one?

Actually, the real question should be why did am I even using a Fitbit, given all the problems I had with my old one? ugh. This was a gift, what can I say. Nice of her. :) But, if it's not one thing it's another when it comes to Fitbits. Anyway, my new one is a Charge HR, if that matters on how I get it to talk to MFP.

    The app should be linked here and MFP linked with the app and if you are updating the app with the new fitbit that should take care of it...however there have been issues lately....*grumbles*

    Also if you have your new device set up on the same fitbit account you can remove the old device from that account and that should do the trick, I had to do that with my old one when I got the charge hr

    You can link multiple trackers to one Fitbit account. For example, some people upgrade to a Charge HR but keep their One to wear discretely at formal occasions: http://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/Can-I-use-more-than-one-Fitbit-tracker-with-the-same-account

    Thanks for that advice. But I sent the Fitbit back to Amazon and am using my daughter's Nike Fuelband for now. Much less stressful than trying to figure out the Fitbit's weird graphs and math. ugh.
