 I have been a miserable failure the last two months. I haven't gained anything, but I haven't lost anything either. I'm not sure where my head is. Summer is coming and g** damn it, I'm going to look good in a swim suit this year! I need to work on my willpower this month.

 Struggles or successes of your week:
 Struggles: I soooo fell off the wagon. I was away 2 weeks because of a house remodel in another city and had huge amounts of food, I was on my feet doing a lot of physical work though. I took my scale when I left but was too chicken to even weigh myself until I got home on Sunday.
 Successes: same as above. In spite of completely disregarding my 1200 calories a day, I gained only .5 lbs, so it encourages me to get back on my nutrition/exercise routine easier.0

            Oh I'm so excited to find this thread!! I've been heavy for years and like everyone else have tried everything and had some success but it always came right back. I've realized that it has to be a lifestyle change and choice- so with MFP Diary and adding exercise I'm going to do just that!!
 I need friends to add me and encourage me and I will do the same in return-
