    Success this week: on Sunday I spent some time prepping healthy meals for the rest of the week, so now I have to eat them!

    Struggle this week: attending a catered evening event for work this week, and hosting a BBQ at my house on Saturday. I always struggle with sticking to my plan during social events!

    Really trying to get out of the 200s. It's been hard. I am down from 228 in May. Really want out of the 200s for my bday in July. But setting a more realistic goal of getting down by 5lbs this month. I'm going on vacation and to my sister's wedding. Wishing for self-control and endurance!

    Successes/struggles this week: Trying to get out of the takeaway cycle, of one good day with the next day being bad and making excuses to order takeaway which is not only bad for my weight, but also my health (with IBS I always get ill if I eat badly :( )

    Goal is to lose 3-4 lbs to start, ergo 135 lbs. ( Total goal weight: 23 lbs)

    Making changes to my diet and goal is to exercise for 50 minutes for 5 days a week, mixture of HIIT for 25 minutes and yoga for 25 minutes.
