If tomorrow's run goes well I'll end up with about 70k for May, my hope in June is that I can match that 70k. Of course it's getting hotter and more humid by the day so I'll be happy to hit 50k. Hopefully I can start running more each morning instead.0

Hello All. This will be the first time doing this challenge. My goal is 50 miles for the month of June.

I did 65/72 in May (less than the previous two months) due to traveling, and I have more traveling in June. But it is summer and I'm off work (yay, one advantage of teaching!) so I think I will just keep it at 72. I'm also going to start training for an Oct 4th HM. And plan on biking a lot, maybe 250 miles.

I'm in. Will have figure out an appropriate target for June. My training approach has changed and I'm still adjusting to what is a comfortable weekly mileage at my adjusted pace and added running days. I killed my May target because of this. I don't want to overshoot either.0 -
