Clean eating is a term that has a single meaning ...no it isn't, and it isn't a weight loss diet either, just a philosophy
Paleo is based on how are ancestors eat...nope, they didn't, you made it up to sell books
Detoxes work...name a single toxin
All calories are not created equal...yes they are, it's a unit of frickin' measurement and is by definition a rule
Your fat has converted to muscle ...no that's not what happens, and even in spirit not easily and not in a defecit unless you are new to lifting or a teenage boy

When it made in the context of a blanket statement, which it often is - then it is an incorrect statement (as blanket statements invariably are).
