Why does that sound more like a question than a declaration?

Given their not infrequent mention here, isn't it good I don't have a donut shop nearby?

Would I get in trouble if I’d have stated a definitive yes?

Are the letters of the word valued differently, like in Scrabble?
    What is "xylophone" worth?

Didn't I do some yoga, then have some blood work done, then swim a bit? And after fasting before blood work, I was ready for a nice breakfast before my swim, wasn't I?

@Cat0703a, did I miss the opportunity to wish you a Happy Canadian Thanksgiving yesterday?

Isn’t it never too late to be thankful or to receive good wishes? 😊

Although my normal work desk includes internet access, may I be excused for not posting as much on account of working at a different desk the last 3 months which does NOT include internet access?

As I am at that new desk covering for a guy fighting cancer, and his prognosis just improved, will I not be returning to my usual desk, and thus usual internet habits, in a week or two?

And is it considered vacation when I was helping to prepare for my eldest son's wedding, which took place this past Saturday?

Does living through the age of jets, TV, internet and cell phones make seemingly miraculous contraptions feel extremely plausible? For example, can you imagine having a 3D printer using gummy bear material instead of plastic that could "receive" a treat sent like a fax machine?

Uhhhhh are you also a prince(ss) from a foreign land who is going to gift me millions of dollars, if only I send a cheque (check for you, Americans) and my mother’s maiden name?

How else would I pay my sub- contractors, or my property taxes or the bakery that adds 3% to the bill for credit card charges?

Wasn't I disappointed on a walk months ago in the heat of summer, when I stopped at a trailside Yogurt Mill for a refreshing frozen yogurt, and found they accepted cash, check, debit/credit card or Apple Pay but not Google Pay (or Garmin Pay)? 🫤

And while I prefer to use Google Pay on my phone, don't I now always have a little cheddar with me in case the need arises? 🤔💡😃
(Who knows when an Ice Cream Truck will happen by? 😊)
