    Wasn't it called Crumpet's Delight (the restaurant was Crumpets), and didn't it consist of a base layer of genoise, covered with a vanilla custard, covered with strawberries, with lady fingers--arranged around the edge--that had a caramelized sugar glaze, with a little whipped cream on top to boot? 😋😋😋😋😋

    Sadly, didn't Crumpets Restaurant and Bakery in San Antonio TX close three years ago?
