I've been doing physio since last summer. I had a tear diagnoses via ultrasound in September and the MRI in May showed the tear had expanded and there's like 3 other tears, my physio guy is amazed I can still function with it. Next step is meeting with a surgeon in 2 weeks. I had a cortisone shot in June which took the edge off for like two weeks hahah. Hope yours is ok.1 -

I like slicing and baking tenderloins. OR I will usually utilize my rotisserie; the cut always stays tender but drains well.0 -

I like slicing and baking tenderloins. OR I will usually utilize my rotisserie; the cut always stays tender but drains well.
I'll probably do it on my BBQ cause it's still new and fun. I like doing stuff like fajitas or sandwiches with tenderloin since it's a decadent cut of meat and doing something like that is fun0 -

hahah it is delicious. The problem is I'm stuck at home with a boy who keeps spiking a fever when his Advil wears off. Maybe I can convince him to walk to the corner with me for avocados....now i want mexican
oh and if you want to jazz up your chicken try Skinnytaste Chicken parm recipe. I made it yesterday and the husband said he'd have it every day it's so good0 -
