Oh and I would like to ask a little bit of everyone for advice. Is the special k challenge a good diet to have or could anyone recommend a diet plan?
find your TDEE and eat 20% less of it with what ever calories you like at whatever times you like. or use the goals MFP sets for you and eat back ~50% of your exercise calories. done.0 -
