Hi! I'd love some friends! I'm not new to losong weight, though my profile doesn't show it. After high school I lost thirty pounds and maintained it for a couple years. When my ex and I broke up I gained it back, plus two pounds. Recently I've gone from 215 to 176! During my move I gained 8 bringing me to my current weight of 184. I know how to eat healthy, so I don't need a mentor. I do need mutual support and someone who understands losing weight while battling disordered thoughts, anxiety and depression. My estimated goal weight is around 145. Feel free to send a request! I'd love to have some outside motivation!0
