    I wouldn't say I'm super motivational at this point in time, but I'm working on getting back to being a better version of myself and would love to have and give support along the way!     I had quite a bit of weight to lose in the past, lost 90 lbs, got to my ideal size and kept it off for years... but life caught up to me last fall and I've steadily been gaining. Knowing other people are seeing my food/exercise updates keeps me accountable and makes me want to share success, and seeing other folks' updates is motivating (and it's nice to get some new food ideas). Feel free to add - the community aspect makes a huge difference!

    Hey everyone! Back again after a while. I want to lose like 10 lbs and get more toned.

    Right now I am trying exercise and intermittent fasting.
