    I definitely need some help from the community. I tend to slack off after a while but with other people watching, I'm way more motivated!

    I'll be cutting calories while trying to increase muscle mass. Tips are appreciated!

    I've lost 8.8 lbs in one month! Still need to reduce my BMI to at least 25 and Visceral Fat to at least 9...

    I'm currently at 218 days, but been on here for about five years or so. The last year or so I lost interest, lost friends, gained a few pounds. I'm back at it because bottom line, this place works! BUT...it helps to have motivation and friendship on here. I've added some new friends in the past week, and am reminded how powerful that sense of community and accountability is! I'd love to have some more active friends to cheer on and also keep me honest. Fellow (wanna be) runners especially welcome but happy to have anyone along on this journey.
