I need more friends! I finally decided to start living a healthy life again like I did 2 years ago. I'm 18 in Michigan, goal is to lose 50 lbs of fat. I'll be using my recumbent bike and treadmill for the next 4 months.0

Hey there, back on MFP and live in Melbourne. On a PESCATARIAN diet (including eggs and dairy) and exercise with HOT yoga, HOT core/pilates, running, and free weights at the gym.
Looking to share diet plans and ways to increase protein other than plain old protein whey (although I am using once daily).
I'm keen to see what others are eating under similar diets and are easy to make as I work shiftwork as a nurse.
