Hey everyone! I'm 33 from Memphis, TN and I've been a yoyo dieter for years. I want to change that! I'm getting my diet back on track and getting into exercising and training for various things (short triathlons, half marathons, etc.). This is going to be an awesome journey, and I'd love to have as many people as possible to help motivate me along the way.0
