Would love it! I am a single mother of 5 children and two bulldogs. My partner of almost 20 years (who I've financially supported for the past 8 years) told me he was having an affair and left me for another woman almost 2 months ago. I have had a really rough couple of my months with that, my mom got in a bad car accident but she's ok now, my dad had a heart attack and was in a coma for nearly a week then made a bunch of promises but went right back to his alcoholic and drug addict ways, my brother I put in rehab and was doing well but when everything happened with our dad he gave up on that and left his fiance of nearly 20 years and moved in with my dad to live in his addiction. I can't make this stuff up lol.
Diet & exercise is all I can control right now so that's what I'm focusing on.1 -

Hey guys and gals! My name is Justin. I'm new on the forums. Started MFP 44 days ago. I started out at 386 pounds and now I'm at 344 by sticking to 1700 calories/week. My goal as a 6'0 male is to get down to 220 lbs. I've recently started swimming laps 3 days a week as well. I would love to have you all as my friends as I continue my journey of doing what others say is impossible.3

I've been on MPG for a long time logging fitness through Garmin, but just recently started logging meals. I can't believe I didn't start doing this a long time ago! I'm experimenting with different diets in an attempt to reduce chronic migraines I've had for nearly 2-years. The current experiment is a cryogenic diet, but I will try other as time goes on.
