hi guys! i am new too, i have started working on myself for 5 months now, and to my satisfaction i have achieved a lot. i lost 52.8 pounds over the period 5 months that is: from 244.7 lb to 191 lb... without any debility and being fresh at all times.

hello everyone! i need friends on here i only have one my Mother lol. Im back on now after a year or so. It made me realize how important it is to keep track of whay we eat because you can easily go over the healthy limit. When you're in the forums here, click on someones name to the left. A pop up window opens, then click on their name. You'll see an "Add as Friend" button, which you click, which brings you to another screen where you can send a message with your friend request (I typically leave blank).
