    I joined MFP in March of 2016 and lost some weight. I stopped logging for several months, but I have been back at it for three months, and I am now 13 pounds away from my goal weight!     Why not, i guess it couldn't hurt, those little dopamine shots of encouragement could only help. So feel free to add me. I'm from nj and looking to lose 85 lbs my struggle is compounded with a medical condition called cervical dystonia which makes my neck turn to the right. It's a struggle but i refuse to let it define, me i will do this.
