Hi! Iโ€™ve maintained my weight for a year but am now back to trying to lose another 20lbs.
My work schedule has been hectic but thatโ€™s not an excuse. Currently I am watching my calories and making sure I get at least 20 active minutes in a day. Once my work load takes down in a couple of weeks I plan to hit the gym again 5 days a week. But I need friends to keep me motivated! Please join me on the journey.

Just restarted after losing over 100 pounds. I have gained some back over the last couple of months and now I'm looking to lose some more again. I can always use more friends to help keep me motivated and on track.

Been on a while but friends list has dropped off a bit. UK based, turn 50 this year, but still young kids at home. A friend who is a PT spoke recently about how we should stop talking about new year new you - why do you need a 'new you' you're amazing just as you are! So no 'new he's but keeping working to improve. Last year I ran my first half marathon, and this year I have entered again and my goal is just to finish faster than last time - no time target. I am a slow runner, but I am.out there, I am heavier than I was 9 years ago, but still 4 stone lighter than I was 10 years ago.Menopause has been a challenge, I don't have as much stamina, but I'm still here. It's a slightly crazy world I live, hope some of you will want to join me.

My overall goal is to sustain my healthy eating and exercise habits long term. Tracking all food intake is a grind, so could use some encouragement.

I've been hitting MFP for the last 5 months and have dropped weight. I'm now in much better shape but have much more to improve. I'm Looking for more friends.

Welcome!
